Several months ago KMI was approached by Chris Pitzer of AdHouse Books and asked to contribute to a then untitled project. Intrigued and flattered, KMI agreed and subsequently created a short story of minor significance for the soon to be released book "Project Telstar". Additionally, a traveling exhibition of original artwork from the book is currently making its way across this great land, casting a well-deserved spotlight on the many talented cartoonists who have contributed to this fine publication.
